AI technology and applications for energy

Starting with the work at charging sites, we connect equipment, data and intelligent applications. Our development spans operational review tools, on-device inference and digital twin components for visible equipment state, traceable issues and verifiable results.

01 / OPERATIONS SOFTWARE

Equipment, orders and alerts. One operations workspace.

Review charging energy and orders by station, identify records to investigate, then trace equipment state and billing information. Organize data into work that maintenance teams can follow up.

DEVELOPMENT RECORD / OFFLINE VALIDATION

Historical order and tariff reconciliation

Can a historical charging order be reconstructed using the billing rules that applied at the time? We developed data adapters and replay tools around this task.

Input
Historical orders, billing details, and available time-of-use and tariff configurations.
Our work
Normalized order fields and replayed a fixed historical snapshot offline, classifying matches, rounding differences and records needing investigation.
Findings
Identified missing tariff history and inconsistent rounding behavior, retaining unconfirmed explanations and unresolved cases.

02 / PRODUCTS & DEVELOPMENT

From operations software to on-device AI.

We develop data interfaces, model applications and scene components. Operations software, edge intelligence and digital twins each evolve around specific tasks.

TECHNOLOGY IN PRACTICE

Technology connected to our development work.

We use NVIDIA computing platforms and software tools for model computing, on-device inference and 3D visualization, building site-specific data interfaces, application components and validation tools on these foundations.

01

Model computing & evaluation

NVIDIA Hopper / CUDA

What we develop and validate

We develop model-serving gateways, data processing and evaluation tools for local model deployment and domain-training experiments.

Model R&D and internal applications
02

On-device inference

NVIDIA Jetson Thor / TensorRT Edge-LLM

What we develop and validate

We test inference configurations and interfaces for device-side tasks, using DGX Spark for development and cross-platform comparisons.

On-board and inference experiments
03

Digital twins

NVIDIA Omniverse Kit / RTX

What we develop and validate

We develop asset conversion, telemetry integration and state-mapping components, checking rendering responses in OpenUSD scenes.

03 / DIGITAL TWIN DEVELOPMENT

From equipment telemetry to scene state.

Map equipment identifiers, operating state and fault information to OpenUSD scene attributes, connecting engineering models with field data. Asset conversion, telemetry integration and visualization are validated separately.

DIGITAL TWINS / HISTORICAL PROTOTYPE

Equipment state, reflected in a scene.

Read-only charging telemetry was mapped to indicators in an OpenUSD scene, validating data reception, attribute updates and rendering response.

Output
Historical records confirm that read-only telemetry and attribute mapping updated scene indicators. Replay and subsequent telemetry were validated separately.
